What you'll be doing

You’ll provide key support for the Let Estate Finance Business Partner on projects forecasting and reporting. You’ll work closely with the Let Estate community to ensure that forecasts are accurate and will support the team to ensure that information is up to date on the finance system.  You’ll support the teams with finance training and with reporting systems and processes, enabling them to self-serve wherever appropriate.  

You’ll be using our reporting system (NTA) to review and monitor spend and variances to budget and proactively engage with teams to ensure financial information is accurate and appropriate paperwork in place.

For this position, we’re looking for someone who: 

  • Loves numbers and excel spreadsheets
  • Has strong customer service skills – you’ll be liaising with our internal teams across departments
  • Has the ability to maintain data, systems and processes to support the effective management of the let estate
  • Has an understanding and awareness of the importance of governance processes
  • Has the ability to gather, analyse and interpret management information to support decision making
  • Has confidence in using IT packages, and is happy to learn and explore new technology and systems and share knowledge with others
  • Has the ability to work as part of a team to achieve the best results, demonstrating best practice and sharing ideas and thinking
