The Finance MDG Quality manager will have the overall responsibility to implement and manage a Data Quality capability/service with associated process, standards, principles and tools to ensure clean and well understood data is available to the Finance Division and data consumers.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain data quality dashboards using SAP Information Steward and Microsoft Power BI

  • Use SAP data services to support ETL activity, and enhance our data quality reporting and analysis capability

  • Responsible for, and establishing, the required processes, audit schedule and reporting to be followed in improving, maintaining and monitoring data quality

  • Support the development of Finance Master Data quality standards to continuously improve the company’s data

  • Be able to design and deliver metrics/KPIs to identify and report improvements in quality and delivery against objectives

  • Responsible for profiling our current data set looking for data improvement opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a relevant field

  • Detailed previous experience of SAP Information Steward (preferred) and Master Data Governance, or Informatica, IBM Infosphere or other data quality software

  • Proven experience of using SAP Data Services

  • Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance.

  • Excellent knowledge and use of data quality toolsets, methodologies and process

  • The ability to influence stakeholders through great communication and relationship development skills – Get them to own data quality issues and support resolution
