Description
The Finance Manager (Personal Investments Team) AKA Director, Finance role is a member of the PI Finance Team, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our CKSI business partners to guide effective decision-making. The primary objectives of the role will be to provide strategic insights and analysis to measure and evaluate the financial performance of the business and to play an instrumental role in leading the budgeting, planning, and forecasting process for CKSI. You will play a key role in supporting Finance’s efforts of being a valued member of the CKSI team.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of professional experience with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, revenue models, and scenario modeling
Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills, with solid business and financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to “tell the story†and communicate complex financial information to influence executive decision making
Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
Solid knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business Objects) and the ability to teach others
Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to contribute to the team are musts
