Bring your finance expertise and business acumen and lift the Partnering area responsible for managing >12 bDKK spend while simplifying the lives of 200 finance colleagues.

Core Responsibilities

You will be the key driver of the overall planning, control, and guidance for Overhead cost in the Cost Management Partnering area for the LEGO Retail Business. Overall focusing on ensuring responsible management of costs spanning within your area of responsibility while you optimize, digitalize, and embrace technology.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Finance business partner for LEGO Retail Operations and Store Operations

• Support on commercial strategy reporting for LEGO Retail workstreams

• Deliver analytics enabling trade-offs & optimization dialogues with partners in the business and finance community.

The role can be based either in Billund, Denmark or London, United Kingdom.

At our HQ in Billund, you will join our team of 10 dedicated and ambitious colleagues working out of both London and Billund in a fantastic environment. We are organized in Corporate Finance and control and guide the financial performance for Overhead cost across the LEGO® Group.

Do you have what it takes?

Masters’ in Business Administration, Finance, Management Accounting or other similar relevant background.

Combined with:

• +5 years of proven experience from a global company or a consultancy role within financial planning and analysis, preferable with Finance Business partner and Retail experience.

• Motivated by taking initiative to continuously improve execution and act on opportunities. The ability to take ownership and drive tasks and priorities to a conclusion.

• Experience working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence and Power BI.
