This role is responsible for becoming a trusted partner to the Digital Technologies organization, providing financial evaluation of innovative investments, financial analysis and insights of actuals, stewardship of planning and forecasting, and deployment of standardized processes to support decision making with a digital centric, innovative approach.

What are we looking for?

• MBA in Finance or related field with focus on Financial Planning and Analysis

• 5 years of experience working in a finance/planning environment with business partnership experience

• Capability to establish and drive projects/processes, to make decisions and reach results through influencing others

• Basic knowledge in financial accounting

• Key Leadership Capabilities needed in the role: Drive for results, Standing alone, Comfort around higher management, Integrity & Trust, Influencing without Authority as well as Collaborating and Partnering

• Key Functional  Capabilities needed are i) Management Reporting & Analysis, ii) Data Analytics, and iii) Financial Reporting

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Serve as the Digital Technologies Business Partner, supporting & coordinating the cost and value management, insights generation, planning (budgets / guidelines) and forecasting to drive and accelerate decision making, trade-offs and corrective actions.

2. Lead Financial Planning Processes (AEP, YEE etc), coordinating inputs, ensure delivery of financial cost and benefit commitments, identifying business issues and opportunities and making recommendations for future actions, provide an independent view of the risks on the P&L and cash flow

3. Be a â€œFinance Digital Champion”, deploying and promoting the usage of global Digital tools, driving capability in the organization and being the link to regional and global stakeholders for continuous improvement by representing the needs of the local market.
