As a Finance Manager at ASOS you will have responsibility for partnering with the business to help to deliver the long-term financial plan. This role supports our central Change and Transformation team and the wider business to manage and track strategic workstreams/programmes that underpin our long-term strategy. You will be a fundamental part of the wider finance team and help contribute to the success of both finance and ASOS.

What you’ll be doing…

• Overall management, financial tracking and ongoing maintenance of all strategic workstreams across the business
• Generation of detailed business cases and financial modelling
• Update and review meetings with Transformation Board to track progress
• Cost and benefits realisation/tracking across the year to ensure the delivery of our plan
• Where new workstreams are created, supporting the business to create business cases and operating plans
• Pivotal role in our long-term strategic plan annual refresh and embedding this into the business
• Support the Change and Transformation team with wider project management and PMO duties where required
• Support the wider Finance team by reviewing and challenging benefits realisation and risks and opportunities to plan

• Experience of having led the business case and financial management of large scale multi programme / project Portfolios
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
