The LEGO Product & Marketing Development (PMD) Finance Team is opening an exciting new opportunity.

This role is focused on bringing end-to-end strategic and financial leadership to our area within Entertainment Partners.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the company's long-term ambition to reach more children through play and education!

Core Responsibilities:

• Be the trusted Finance Business Partner to the LEGO Entertainment Partners and Content leadership team.

• Own the strategic financial agenda with our key license partners.

• Strategic financial planning of short- and long-term investments, distribution and revenue generation for Entertainment content production.

• Lead the design and establishment of a new Centre of Excellence for contract management across PMD.

• Champion the design and implementation of an effective standard governance process for strategic contract management across the wider CFO organization.

• Lead the design of new finance models for Entertainment content investments and models for revenue generation across multiple platforms.

You will be a key member of the LEGO Product & Marketing Development Finance Team who is split between our HQ in Billund and our London offices.

The role could be based in London, UK (preferred) or Billund, Denmark or Enfield, US depending on the location of the successful candidate.

Please note this is an individual contributor role that will rely on the support of a Finance Business Controller. It reports into our Vice President for PMD Finance.

Do you have what it takes?

• A degree is not a prerequisite but would be preferred. However, you should be able to demonstrate proven end-to-end financial business partner experience across the full value chain.

• Strategic business development experience within significant commercial investments

• Experience within strategic contract management including managing tax and legal conditions.

• Proven strategic Finance partnering experience within marketing or commercial finance preferable within digital marketing.

• Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to communicate simple and actionable insights

• Direct or indirect leadership experience

• Solid experience in indirect leadership within a complex partner landscape

• Excellent command of the English language.
