What you’ll be doing:
Provide MI support to the business, including pricing, bids and tenders
Business partner with Re Partnership SMT providing financial support and guidance to business unit directors/managers
Ensure that Control & Governance are implemented and adhered to
Develop, implement, and review, initiatives for continuous improvement of the profitability of the business unit and working capital cycle.
Complete month end, forecasting and business planning processes and strengthen balance sheet reporting and cashflow.
Financial management and monthly reporting
Production of mid month position reports, including analysis & interpretation of the results
Completion of monthly actual and forecast variance analysis, including Project profitability analysis
Working Capital management – all balance sheet areas.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in business partnering or similar role
Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Willingness to submerge themselves within the business
Good team player
Proactive and owns problems as they arise
