POSITION DESCRIPTION
The role supports the Marketplace business for EU Expansion Markets which requires close collaboration with the relevant business partners and finance teams across Europe. Your focus will be to enable the launch and growth of the business in the expansion markets

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead financial planning and analysis for expansion markets
-Support business teams in defining their growth opportunities and their long term plans
-Root cause analysis for any business/financial analysis that evolve
-Design the launch plans for new market launches
-Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-Masters/Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, math or related field
-6+ years of relevant finance work experience

-Advanced Excel skills
-Fluent in English

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Bias for action including the ability to handle multiple priorities
-Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-MBA
-Experience with COGNOS and SQL
-Experience in Retail, FMCG, e-commerce
