Frasers Group are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance team, specifically partnering our Ecommerce and Leisure functions. JOB DESCRIPTION

This role can be based at either our London or Shirebrook Head Office.

In this role you will do far more than just manage a few spreadsheets and reports, you will work alongside the departments to really help drive improvements both financially and operationally. The business has seen significant growth in recent times so you will help to execute the group’s Digital investment program whilst ensuring the underlying Ecommerce business continues to trade profitably at the bottom lines.

The Frasers Group services over £4bn of sales value across the Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels. • Supporting all financial aspects of the Ecommerce and Leisure Trading teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for all key stakeholders
• Adding value and providing insight, becoming a trusted advisor to your stakeholders
• Helping stakeholders to understand their financial decisions and monitoring performance against their business targets
• Preparing monthly Ecommerce and trading department reporting, KPI monitoring and forecasting to identify trends and variances to the annual budget plans
• Using expertise in process understanding and root cause analysis to define business improvements, whilst ensuring financial controls are sufficient and fit for purpose
• Working directly with the Ecommerce and operation heads, building strong relationships to partner and further understand the key cost drivers of the function and identify areas of potential efficiencies
• Serving as the key finance contact and partner to the fitness and leisure business whereby we own and operate a chain of around 70 Fitness sites and a hotel across the UK
• Reporting into the Group Head of FP&A to identify any potential costs risks or opportunities arising, whilst helping support any key financial decision making
• Leading the development of any existing financial or commercial reporting to challenge your business partners as they feed into the groups planning and forecast cycles during the year

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record in a similar level role with experience of the above
• Ability to influence key decision makers at all levels and excellent communication skills
• Relevant financial qualifications (ACA / CIMA), fully qualified or near to qualification level
