What you’ll be doing:

• Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the clients Pensions scheme in order to provide employers with accurate and up to date information to help them administer the scheme.
• Responsibility for setting up employers on the system and providing them with portal log-ins details and instructions on how to use the service.
• To complete administration duties in an accurate and effective manner in accordance with the daily schedule. To include emails and telephone enquiries.
• To deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that each customer is happy with the service that they have received following Treating Customers Fairly guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to ensure service level agreements are adhered to.
• To create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events using the appropriate systems.

What we’re looking for:

• Enthusiasm and determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Ability to meet and work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• An excellent eye for detail with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential with fast and accurate keyboard skills
• A self-starter, able to manage your own workload but also work well as part of a team
