For this growth, we are looking for highly motivated talents, like youJoin Sendify as Finance & Administration Assistant (m/f/d)As Sendify Germany's first Finance & Administration Assistant (m/f/d), you will be part of our Customer success team and work closely with the Finance and Accounting team. You will be a key player to set and define the administrative routines and processes to ensure that our administrative operations are handled smoothly and efficiently.

You will:• 

Set, improve, and develop workflows & processes to ensure that our team work in the most efficient way possible• Take full ownership of weekly invoicing and administrative routines• Educate and support the Customer Success team in all Finance related tickets• Assist our finance team and support with ad hoc topics• Monitor and handle incoming supplier invoices

Your profile:• 

You are fluent in both German and English• You have experience from a similar role• You have previous experience in a Start-up• You have an affinity for numbers and structure• You are precise, structured and have a "Can do, will do" attitude• You are proficient working in Excel• You like taking ownership of tasks and projects• You want to make a big impact on one of Berlin's fastest growing scale-ups• Experience within accounting in a plus• Experience of using ERP Systems or Datev is a plusCurious.
