Qualifications

Job Qualification 1:Accounting Major.  The successful candidate will be an Accounting Major on track to graduate with their bachelor’s degree in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023. Knowledge of GAAP is important.

Job Qualification 2:Experience Valuing Companies. Individual has valued companies in an investment or classroom capacity. The candidate should have confidence in their analysis and the ability to filter through multiple data points, ultimately converting data into quality decisions.

Job Qualification 3:Communication & Collaboration. Individual has experience informing and influencing leadership. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives regarding their company's financial condition, penetrating the areas of opportunity. Individual will also need to develop positive, internal, multi-functional relationships.  

Job Qualification 4:Experienced with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc. Conducts financial analysis in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other related functions.

Job Qualification 5:Self-driven. Candidate must hold themselves accountable to successfully meet deliverables in a timely manner. Individual will be expected to accomplish this without being micro-managed.

Job Qualification 6:Objective, able to stay calm. Communicates results of analysis objectively to customers. Must have the ability to maintain positive relationships in difficult situations.

Job Qualification 7:Culture. The candidate is expected to work well with others and to positively contribute to overall team culture.

Additional Requirements for this Role:

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Leader and Problem Solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS).
• Finance Double Major or Minor is a plus.
• Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish is a plus.
