What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of P&O (HR) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field preferred
- Experience with Workday and Kronos systems is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective in building relationship at all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
- Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
- Ability to effectively manage and work within ambiguity and prioritize on business needs and resources
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Assist, perform, train, and guide our Managers and Associates with data entry into our HRIS and Workday systems, ensuring data integrity for accuracy and efficiency of systems and reporting.
- Site point of contact for all Workday data entry. May be the point of contact for more than one site.
- Produce various reports to monitor data accuracy. Coordinate with regional P&O team to confirm accuracy and provide context around data insights.
- Be the point of contact for the site for any escalations or mass updates with MyP&O.
- Drive the continuous improvement for quality and efficiency across the P&O operating model by collaborating to leverage and deploy global programs and processes and ensuring they deliver against the business’ overall goals and needs.
- Perform various data audits to ensure data integrity: titles, job levels, rewards, etc.
- Role model the Mars Five Principles and Associate Concept every day; creating a culture of ethics and compliance, supporting Great Line Management.
- Must maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with the Mars’ policies and procedures.
