 As a Field Supervisor, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout the assigned region. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.

 As a Field Supervisor – Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support, mentoring, supervision and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed
• Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires a broad knowledge of the product line's) tools and/or service.
• Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers
• Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed
• Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsites
• Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives

Fuel your passion
 To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate expertise with rotary steerable and conventional assemblies
• Have +2 year Technical college and/or significant experience as a Field Specialist
• Have the ability to travel at short notice and work away from home for periods of time
• Have the ability to work well and communicate well with others
