The Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) Field Supervisor, leads and supports a team of FPS Field Operators. Advises and trouble shoots on all FPS installations and repairs, completions issues on the field. Conducts on-the-job training as required. Handles special projects as assigned. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

As a Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of FPS Field Operators, with resources and logistics required to perform installations, services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property, ensuring the jobs are performed safely and within procedures. These activities contribute to install, maintain and repair Flexible Pipes Systems products. Includes all types of installation and maintenance service (preventive and remedial).

As a Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) Field Supervisor, you will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring jobs (installations and repairs) are performed safely and within procedures
• Helping trouble shoot and Field Operators  
• Leading and Motivating Field Operator team
• Turn in paperwork according to industry and company standards.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess a two year Technical college degree
• significant experience as a Field Specialist
• Thorough Mechanical and Flexible Pipe Systems knowledge

• Ability to work well and communicate well with others
• Leadership experience
• Good written skills (comfortable with completing required paperwork)
• Ability to travel anywhere in the US
• Available anytime since the person would on call
