Partner with the best

To be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other Field Solutions Manager will lead our aftermarket channel enablement global team of field solutions specialist & experts whose focus is to grow aftermarket operations globally via our partner network.

The scope includes but not limited to supporting the channel Partner (CP) in developing field solutions related to installation through calibration and turning, managing turnaround/outages using diagnostics and asset monitoring, and optimize plant performance through upgrade products. The field solution Manager will partner with assigned channel network in driving business development and growth programs globally.

This role can be located at North America, Europe, Asia.

As a Field Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing aftermarket growth programs in coordination with regional sales teams
  • Align key functions to execute on programs including material planning, sourcing, product line, sales, and commercial
  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs through both quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Oversee and conduct audits of CP facilities
  • Provide input into channel evaluation process leveraging best in class models where possible
  • Support CP with aftermarket initiatives such as install base development, plant walkdowns as needed, joint service bidding, inventory recommendation and outage tracking
  • Successfully drive the aftermarket sales, strategy, proposal development in partnership with assigned CP
  • Ensure the achievement of targets around unsolicited aftermarket quotes for the assigned channel network
  • Partner with CP in developing creative field solutions related to upgrades & competitor valves replacement
  • Communicate and drive retrofit & upgrades programs implementation with CP
  • Partner with CP to identify areas of improvement for its aftermarket portfolio and create a development plan
  • Perform CP required audits and services capability assessments
  • Responsible for assessing and improving the services capability of channel partner
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy & drive towards improving the service capability of the channel partner
  • Champion digital asset management, Valve Lifecycle management with assigned CP
  • Deliver superior customer value through an intimate understanding of their needs and excellent responsiveness.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships across the region.
  • Travel and meet with new & existing channels on a regular basis within the region.
  • Maintain and continuously develop technical competencies.
  • Make recommendations for CP that should continue to be part of the program and develop an exit strategy where needed

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Technical Support.
  • In addition to having a working knowledge of valves design and mechanics, a successful Field solution Manger must have experience in valve applications, failure phenomena, controls system integrations & layout, plant operations and technical sales.
  • Experience in special instruments and instrument software’s
  • Hands on experience in Control Valves, pressure Safety-Relief Valves, Mechanical On-off valves, control instruments, Actuators and Accessories.
  • Technical capabilities through Offering On the job and class room trainings and the Development programs for new products, company practices and guidelines
