As a Field Service Specialist, Machinery Diagnostics your role is focused on machinery diagnostics needs of our client’s. You will provide a vital service to customers through carrying out roto-dynamic analysis to evaluate machinery condition. Essentially, being their rotating equipment health specialist to determine equipment health conditions and resolutions to those conditions. Many of the health parameters are provided using our transducer and monitoring platforms. This role will require competence in evaluation, installation and use of the condition monitoring hardware and software so the diagnostic analysis is not flawed.
As a Field Service Specialist, Machinery Diagnostics, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, installations and preventive maintenance on equipment are completed on-time and safely
Diagnose machinery problems based upon vibration, operational and customer communication
Building strong relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high-level of service delivery, basically becoming their trusted advisor for their rotating equipment health
Defining KPI's to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans
Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Overseeing preparation of invoices, technical documents and manufacturing records for orders, ensuring compliance with internal documentation system

Eligibility requirements for this role:
Have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Eng., Computer Science Eng., Electronic Eng.) from an accredited college or university
Have 0-3 years of experience displaying a mechanical aptitude and experience with rotating equipment found throughout Power Generation and Petrochemical operation facilities (to support entre level and experienced applicants)
Ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements
Ability to travel regionally and internationally to work with customers on-site (80%)
Have a passport (or able to obtain a passport) and hold a valid driver’s license
Be able to obtain TWIC card
Demonstrate your proactive approach to work and flexibility to adapt to ever-changing conditions and new challenges
Have computer skills: Microsoft 365 suite

Full-time position … while not on client job, work location will be both via local office or home location M-F (8-5 pm with 40 hours work week, with strong possibility for overtime and work on the weekends, where OT pay will be provided)
