Position Summary: Manage relationships and favorable contacts with customers.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Resolve customer issues, concerns and problems; provide timely responses to any customer queries
Professionally interface with customers
Execute company’s established service and budgetary objectives in a manner that optimizes the total distribution program, enhances the company image with customers and community while supporting customer distribution needs
Attend and present at customer meetings, workshops and new restaurant openings
Effectively manage various supply programs, such as Be Well Stocked (BWS)
Support customers on back-room organization and effectiveness
Other projects or duties as assigned.
