Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing airport operations including 
wheelchair passenger assistance, aircraft cabin cleaning & security search, and janitorial services. 

• Additional duties include creating and managing schedules, managing hourly employee timekeeping for  payroll, recruiting & retention of hourly employees as well as managing the operations profit & loss financial duties.
• The Operations Manager also interacts with commercial airline leadership and frontline staff, airport authorities and the Transportation Security Agency staff.
• Client relationship and compliance with governmental agency regulations are a part of the interaction with clients and government representatives.
