Job Description

We are looking for responsible and active candidates for the position of 'Field Agent'.

Expected:

  • Provide explanations regarding the intruder processor
  • Follow acquisition plans
  • Training and education for drivers to use the service
  • Reporting to the manager about key people and decisions
  • Conducting surveys with drivers and passengers

Conditions:

  • Minimum Wage + Commissions
  • Commissions for each driver executed.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses (if required) will be covered by the company.
  • Daily expenses for the day of recruitment will be paid.

Requirements:

  • Sociability, responsibility, commitment;
  • Strong business and verbal communication skills with active listening;
  • Ability to handle arguments and objections.
  • Opportunity to travel within Sri Lanka
