Our Drilling & Completion Fluids business provides intelligent, connected technologies to support, monitor and control drilling processes. We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

Partner with the best 

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Performing mobilization, operation, and demobilization of equipment (i.e., dryers, centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, pumps, etc.).
• Executing routine troubleshooting equipment, preparing daily reports, perform maintenance, order equipment, and supplies.
• Overseeing the Field Service Operators during service delivery
• Contributing to training and mentorship of employees
• Applying Health, Safety and Environmental standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Handling special projects as assigned

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Offshore experience in oil and gas
• 6+ years of solids control experience (preferred) and product line training required
• Have knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players, and customers
• Demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based programs related to the application of oilfield products or services
