FemCare is a growing business where the upstream FEI R&D organization plays a key role in enabling the future of the category.As a member of the FEI Pads Team, you will be responsible for helping to develop new consumer inspired solutions for people with periods around the world!On our FEI Team, you will create multi-sensory innovation that delights across multiple touchpoints.

Entry level for individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess a passion for hands-on procedural work, and enjoy high throughput.In the future, some travel will be required to meet with cross functional teams or for research. Travel can be expected at about 0-10% levels, typically to Bellville, Canada.

You must develop and be responsible for longer range, iterative learning plans.You will set technical direction for the program with heavy emphasis on creating new to the world products and developing learning plans that allow the team to translate early wins in small based consumer studies and in lab tests into specifications for line made products.The ideal candidate will rapidly learn and apply both simulation and real product evaluation to improve our technical rigor.
