What you’ll achieve
As the Federal DoD Field Marketing Manager aligned to the Department of Defense and Intelligence teams, you will be an integral member of the Federal Marketing team and partner closely with the respective Sales teams.  Though this partnership you will work to understand the needs and mission of the DoD/Intelligence organizations and develop marketing plans that connect with the audience and position Dell Technologies as a partner that can help the DoD and Intelligence community transform and achieve their mission. Specifically, you will define and lead marketing activations including events, trade-shows, webinars, lead capture and targeted digital campaigns that raise awareness, consideration and demand for Dell’s solutions and how those capabilities uniquely position Dell as an invaluable technology partner enabling mission success.

You will:

• Work closely the Federal sales team to ensure that the capabilities and solutions messaged in the marketing activations are compelling, resonate with the federal audience and align to the go-to-market strategy

• Identify and execute break-through marketing activities that reach target audiences, both technical and non-technical

• Collaborate with and manage relationships with agencies and internal partners involved with the execution of marking campaigns including customer facing events, trade-shows, webinars, lead capture and targeted digital activations

• Work closely with the NA functional marketing teams including Programs, Media/Marcom, Events, PR and Inbound/Outbound Lead Gen Ops to achieve the objectives of Dell Federal

Essential Requirements

• BA/BS required, 8-10 years of technology-based Marketing experience to Federal IT customers

• Proven track record of delivering results via effective marketing campaigns and program management

• Strong organizational skills and effective cross-organizational collaboration

• Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders and collaborate effectively

• Good time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Desirable Requirements

• Public Sector experience with a focus on the Federal government and Department of Defense

• MBA
