Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Fashion Designers.
•  Creating/visualizing ideas and producing designs.
• Keeping up to date with emerging trends as well as general trends related to fabrics, colors and shapes.
•  Planning and developing collections for seasons.
• Liaising closely with sales, and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the products suit the customers, markets and price points.
•  Understand design from a technical perspective. (pattern making and technical designs)
•  Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments.
•  Adapting existing designs for mass production.

Key skills & Experience :

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity.
•  Computer Literate.
•  Understanding of trends and materials. 
•  Good communication and team working skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
