JOB DESCRIPTION

Working alongside the Partnerships and Styling team to oversee all product management. Assisting with administrative tasks alongside the Campaign lead and Partnerships Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the fashion cupboard and studio areas, ensuring all products are tracked, tidy and keeping the space organized.
• Co-ordinate and prioritise digital and physical talent product requests. Logging each loan, requesting returns, product QA and carrying out the returns to warehouse.
• Work alongside Partnership Manager and agencies on all gifting initiatives.
• Managing products for all shoots; ordering from and returning to the warehouse, ensuring any write offs are logged and communicated.
• Checking in all external samples to the studio and meeting return deadlines after shoots.
• Responsible for Partnership and campaign supplier set ups, invoices, and payments to suppliers.
• Joining meetings to keep up to date and assist the teams with product drops, trends, and new brands for use in campaigns and talent loans.

• A minimum of 1-year experience in Fashion, PR or Marketing.
• Strong organization and communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Keen to work as part of a creative team.
• Quick to make decisions, able to consider solutions and alternatives.
• Proven ability to work well to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Basic Microsoft skills.
• A team player who likes to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to travel (when required).
