We are currently recruiting forFactory Operatives for a prestigious manufacturer based in the Medway Towns.

This position will start as temporary but may leadto a permanent role if you are successful.

You must be self motivated, a good communicatorand physically fit to work in this fast paced environment and you should bewell organised as you will be operating and minding the machines and associatedequipment. Training will be given however previous experience working within amanufacturing/factory environment is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be trained on a dayshift for approximately a week and then moved to a continental shift pattern -this will be a combination of days and nights over a seven day rota, 12 hourshifts, 4 shifts on and 4 days off.
