Manage supply network procurement related activities for a facility to deliver procurement excellence and integration between Energy & Transportation (E&T) Purchasing and the team supporting Facility / Divisional Leaders. Deliver a lean, responsive and resilient material and services flow for the facility from source to dock and additional required points. Demonstrate leadership in recognizing the potential for cost and inventory reductions, and quality improvement; as well as responsibility for soundness of business proposals and risk assessment.
•Meeting Facility objectives of E&T Purchasing for electrical & electronics categories
•Manages the Global Supply Network as Designed and QCLDM Metrics for Suppliers at a Facility Level
•Facility Initiative knowledge expert for E&T Purchasing Solutions
•Executes Procurement Transactional Activity ( Schedule Agreements, POs, CoPQ…etc.)
•Supports Total Landed Cost decisions
•Works with Category Buyers & Suppliers to Understand Business Continuity Plans
•Performs work to improve point of use material availability
Required:
Bachelors degree in engineering in electrical and electronics specialization with 6-10 years of job related experience
Experience in Purchasing or supply chain is required.
Working experience for a manufacturing company is required.
Desired:
Certifications: CPM, CPIM, CIRM, APICS or comparable International Certification
6 Sigma Green Belt Experience
Lean Manufacturing Experience
