We're looking for a Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator to provide essential services at Nunnington Hall. Providing a friendly and efficient service, you’ll play a large role in ensuring we are providing the best customer service and facilities maintenance at the property, with the aim of providing our customers with the best possible experience our properties.

Known for your exceptional organisational skills and your love of delivering first class support, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager with the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property and portfolio. You’ll support a comprehensive administration service to your property and team and be confident using a variety of IT packages to create reports, keep accurate records and communicate internally and externally.
You’ll be assisting with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs and ensure we are providing the highest standards of presentation and service through regular Duty Manager shifts. You will support the leading of volunteers and be responsible for volunteer rotas and associated admin to ensure our volunteers can continue to provide excellent visitor experience at our properties. You will also support the maintenance of essential property and compliance records on our software systems.
