What’s the role about?
We have an exciting opportunity for Facilities Assistant to join our busy Facilities team in Bracknell Head Office.
Working in the Partner and Visitor services you will be expected to provide excellent service in our reception areas: book visitors in, welcome them to the site and help with any queries as well as looking after the customers and room set up in the Waitrose Conference Centre.
You will also be responsible for the relevant administration including the booking systems, car park bookings and other facilities related processes.
Being a part of our team means being flexible and supporting other areas of the facilities as and when needed, always looking for the opportunity to cross train and support your colleagues.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ability to work with Google Suite documents and willingness to exceed customer and Partner expectations.
What will you be doing?
You will:
deliver effective Partner & Visitor processes in order to maintain outstanding levels of service and a consistent safe working environment for Partners, Visitors and Contractors working in our Head Office Campus
deliver continuous high standards of service across the day to day Facilities Partner & Visitor Services including Receptions, Conferencing and general administration to support Head Office experience for Partners
establish excellent solutions based 1st line support for Meeting Rooms, Worksetting setups, sample management and all soft services facilities in the business
work across the broader extended facilities team where required to support Head Office Partners and Visitors
implement Health and Safety and Fire safety processes to ensure current standards and compliance are achieved
promote good communication between Partners and 3rd Party Suppliers and establish flexibility throughout the Facilities team to assist in other areas of the department when required as directed by the Facilities Manager.

What you'll have
Experience in service delivery or customer service roles
Experience in using IT systems, internet, Google suite applications
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
What else could you bring?
Experience in managing conference room facilities
H&S qualification (Institution of Occupational Health & Safety).
