We are looking for a House Keeping Assistant to help prepare our group accommodation and holiday cottages, at The Stackpole Centre. This location is set within the beautiful Stackpole Estate, and you’ll reap the benefits of working in these gorgeous surroundings. We are a small team and are immensely proud of our accommodation and the standard we provide for our guests. You will be able to work independently or as part of a team, have an eye for detail, and great communication skills. You'll be helping to look after a mixture of bunkhouses, large group lodges, Kingfisher, Kestrel, Swan and Shearwater, in our converted farm buildings and smaller holiday cottages on the same site. 

This is a fixed term role for 2 years. You must be available on Mondays and Fridays between 9am and 3.00pm (there may be flexibility with the finish time if the applicant needs to collect children from school) we would also ask for flexibility for holiday cover and other changeover days if required and you will require your own transport as public transport is limited.  

The hours: This role is for 400 hours spread across the year, with most hours worked during the busy seasonal times and less in the Winter, but with a guaranteed income 12 months of the year, extra hours are also available. Our main changeover days are a Monday and Friday. However, short breaks mean that changeover days can also fall on other days of the week and you would have the opportunity to work additional hours if you are able to do so. Rotas are issued in advance and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible.
