Responsible and accountable for schedule, cost, resource planning and execution of selected projects and programs. Includes Platform Management. Responsible for turning superior designs into irresistible consumer experiences at affordable cost, cash and fast speed to market, by providing competitive Supply Chain and affordable technical solutions. Improves the efficiency of Supply Chains and Manufacturing Operations by leveraging the latest technologies including digitalization through Smart Platform Life Cycle Management.

They must ensure the success criteria are clear and that the team has a robust, integrated plan with clear accountability. 2. Strong Communication skills. With a fast-moving business, strong, efficient and fast communication is a must. There will be communication across multiple functions and levels of leadership. Need to have demonstrated ability to effectively frame and transparently communicate issues across the team and with leadership concisely – both in writing and verbally. A key skill is to be able to break down complicated issues so that the decision makers can make the right decision.

3. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional business results. Must be a role model for collaboration in the organization - building alignment with stakeholders across functions, regions, and platforms on project plans.
Able to manage challenges and tensions across technical and commercial aspects and objectively drive to business focused/function enabled solutions. Ensure all team members are aligned to the plan and have the right information and direction to perform their best and be most effective. Support individual team members through challenges and ensure the team gets what they need to succeed.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple conflicting priorities. Beads is a lean organization with many competing priorities. This role will be required to detangle the programs and help identify and resolve conflicting priorities and resource needs.
5. Technical Readiness Leader experience would be preferred but not required. Will need to be able to identify risks, mitigation plans and then manage communication to leadership.
