Job Description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to be based in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week.

 What will you deliver?

  • Perform planned maintenance inspections to fire doors and planned maintenance inspections and repairs to fire dampers.
  • Carrying out general fabric repairs working alone or as part of a team.
  • Responsible for the day to day organisation of own workload in order to meet the contractual agreement.
  • Work as part of the emergency call out rota.

Who are we looking for?

  • Competent in use of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel to produce accurate and well-presented text, data and pictorial reports.
  • Demonstrable experience in fire safety.
  • Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment. 
  • Professional qualifications, or working towards, MBIFM/CMI or similar.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
