Develop and create new business brokerage/sales activity via the distribution of Life Insurance, Disability Income, Long-term Care, Fixed Annuity and other related insurance products to National Account agents nationwide through strategic face to face visits to national account conferences, meetings, agencies and agents directly. Position can be remote in the US.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospect and profile producers for new and existing insurance sales opportunities
Utilize and understand internal resources to capitalize on team results
Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating and facilitating in training sessions within Crump and through National Account efforts
Incrementally grow book of business to reflect strategic business plan requirements
Maintain proactive sales relationships with producers of respective territory and/or assigned accounts through ongoing producer profiling, constant relationship-building, and refining and refreshing broker base
Maintain proactive sales relationship with account, agencies, agency managers and agents directly through strategic face to face meetings
Maintain and track regular, requisite sales activity including, but not limited to: National Account annual meetings, agency meetings, top producer events, operations training meetings and other onsite events, sales ideas, product/service updates and fulfillment, thank you calls, up-sells, cross-sells
Work with Crump internal client service process (licensing, illustrations, case management, underwriting, commissions, etc.) to effectively issue and place policies
Remain contemporary on relevant industry, legislative and tax-related issues
Provide feedback from agents on product marketing, processing and other related customer service issues
Make required volume of proactive sales calls and office visits as required
Work with National Account management in the overall promotion of Crump Life Insurance Services
Increase strength in relationships with current National Accounts sales hierarchy
Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Two years sales experience in the life insurance and/or related industry
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Effective time management skills
Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PC\'s in a Windows environment
Ability to quickly build rapport and trust in face to face client presentations
Exceptional presentation skills • Disciplined approach to the sales process
Understanding of current market issues and trends as it relates to the insurance/financial industry and tax-related ramifications
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Proven track record of progressive sales quota attainment
Demonstrated ability to proactively and positively accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
