P&G is looking for External Supply Solutions (ESS) Site Operations Senior Manager at our Mason Business Center. This position serves to deliver strategic, external supply chain solutions and innovations at best values and with superior agility. The Site Operations Senior Manager is the accountable owner between P&G and the Contract Manufacturer (CM) for operational matters, owning operations results, coordinating all P&G interactions impacting the CM, and is the voice to P&G for the CM.
The Site Operations Senior Manager works in partnership with Synchronized Planning Solutions (SPS), Quality, Purchases, Finance, and other support functions to ensure the CM has the base capability to deliver P&G requirements. This position is responsible for maintaining and fostering a continuous improvement mentality at the CM sites while improving their capability to produce at best possible value. The Site Operations Senior Manger is responsible for multiple CM sites and may assume additional responsibilities to support the organization.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, other related degree, or degree with related experience.
3 – 5 years related experience
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Leadership experience
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge with Tableau, Power BI, Knime preferred
SAP Experience desired
Willingness to Travel
