Here at Amazon we are currently looking for a highly motivated Process Specialist for our Hazmat External Fulfillment Organization based in a UK FC
The Role
As a Process Specialist, your primary role will be to operate on some Amazon tool as the third-party provider do not have access, support process standardization & optimization via SOP creation and continuously process enhancements, execute operational tasks and resolve issues to support the daily operations. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with limited supervision, across multiple complex functions with capability to influence external parties; able to interface with Amazon systems. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. A high attention to detail and propensity to ask questions will be essential to success in this role. #LearnAndBeCurious.
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
· Execute operational task as IB/OB Pb solve, C-ret (list non exhaustive).
· Review and action on processes to maintain service level standards with the highest quality·
· Taking on new processes per business needed through incubation and onboarding.
· Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers by adjusting your communication style to your audience.
· Dive deep and analyze the root cause of driver pain points and partner with business teams for mutually beneficial resolutions that will impact the broader driver base.
· Creating and documenting new processes, and ensuring team references are up-to-date.
· Utilize available tools for research and tracking of escalations.
· Onboard new team members.
· Be an effective member of a global team by collaborating consistently with team members in various physical locations.
· Feedback the 3PL specialist/Manager of all deviation or improvement needed.
• Writing & Speaking fluently in English
• MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel
• Be familiar with the general use of computer tools
• Having autonomy, initiative and proactive approach in solving problems
• Strong sense of responsibility and taking action, maintaining an ethical, fair and reliable behavior in all situations
• Bachelor's degree
• Office suite Certification
• Operational experience and Industrial Engineering know how is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Operations and Supply Chain will also add more value to application
Italian as second language is a plus
