What you’ll achieve

We plan and develop a range of marketing events for multiple business streams, enlisting services and exhibiting materials from a range of sources. Then, we execute them seamlessly on the day. Above everything, it’s about giving internal clients and customers a consistently superior experience.

You Will

• Lead experiential activation efforts from pre-event planning through onsite execution where we bring our brands to life at flagship event programs
• Coordinate planning efforts with external agency vendors and a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including Global Communications, Experiential Events Marketing, and executive support teams
• Drive all aspects of end-to-end experiential activation program management, including establishing and maintaining budgets, schedules, work plans, KPI metric reports, and executive-ready PowerPoint summary presentations

Essential Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• 3-5 years of experience working in main stage production and/or executive communications--In the high-tech industry is a plus
• Strong communications skills across a large business and with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership
• Software expertise with the Office 365 Suite; Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs a plus
• Bachelor's Degree is required
