What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a creative and networked expert to inspire new ideas and approaches. You’ll help us put audiences at the heart of our programmes and develop partnerships to deliver great experiences. .
Your varied role will lead development of the region’s approach to experiencing the outdoors, engaging audiences and growing support for our cause. You’ll also support the delivery of national programmes and local projects. You’ll be a trusted advisor, bringing insight into audiences and creative ideas about how to meet their needs.

You'll inspire local teams to deliver exceptional experiences across a range of unique places including a World Heritage Site, historic homes, outdoor landscapes and industrial heritage sites. You'll support teams to facilitate more diverse and inclusive experiences and develop partnerships to explore innovative ways to use and animate our places. You’ll act as a change-agent enabling properties to define their purpose, deepen understanding and inspire meaningful and emotional connections to our places.

As part of the internal consultancy, you will help ensure we provide the best possible service. You will develop relationships with operational colleagues, partners and stakeholders within and outside the region.
