At the moment we are looking for one on Vindexexperienced payroll administrator for recruitmenton behalf of the customer. The recruitment process is handled in its entirety by us at Vindex with direct employment with the customer. As a payroll administrator, you, together with an employee, have an overall responsibility for managing the company's payroll administration efficiently so that the right salary is paid to employees. You become part of a knowledgeable team and have to take great personal responsibility.

• Ongoing payroll administration
• Wage preparation
• Holiday calculation
• Reporting occupational pension
• In other respects, provide support to the company's employees in personnel matters based on need
• Existing ad hoc information

Qualifications for the role of Experienced payroll administrator for retail companies

• Post-secondary education in salary or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the role of payroll administrator
• Interest in streamlining 
• Accustomed to working in the most common pay systems
• Qualifying with experience of various collective agreements
• Communicates effectively in Swedish and English
