Due to Colleague returning to Kentucky, a great opportunity has become available to develop skills in a friendly, supportive environment with first class in-patient facilities and diagnostic equipment.
Our high-quality clientele is involved in all equestrian disciplines and so
we require someone with a broad skill set. An interest in stud medicine would be an advantage as we look after both thoroughbred and sports horse breeding farms. Poor performance, lameness diagnosis and other aspects of sports horse medicine form an important part of our caseload.
Experience in equine anaesthesia would also be useful. However, we are most interested in finding the right person who will be fun to work with and who wishes to establish themselves in this beautiful equestrian community. We have frequent visiting experts and are focused on clinical excellence rather than sales targets.
The position is available in mid-November and salary package will be commensurate with experience.
