As Experience & Visitor Programming Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making this happen.

Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the portfolio Senior Leadership team, you’re best placed to take forward our exciting visitor programming ambitions, shaped and formed by you. Working most closely with the two Property Operations Managers at Coughton Court and Baddesley & Packwood, you’ll lead the wider Experiences & Programming team to achieve great things; be this revolutionising our digital and website content bringing us into the TikTok age; getting your teeth into co-created exhibitions - sometimes on a grand scale - to driving through key changes that will help to diversify our staff and volunteer teams to better reflect our Midlands audiences.
We’re looking for someone who at heart is a people person. Someone who has confidence and capability to reach into the unknown and be unafraid to work independently. You’ll be able to build new relationships often at pace, and are unafraid to get stuck in. You’ll be organised to, knowing when to plan and when to be on the front line leading the wider team or walking the floor. Regular weekend and some evening working is part of this role.
