Scope
The role holder is responsible for supporting all Secretarial matters of the Group including those of overseas companies. You will support all administrative matters within the Legal and Secretarial division, ensure timely and accurate documentation, support in organizing Board and other meetings, assist in managing the governance framework for the Legal function including overseas companies, maintain and update internal systems, and manage and administer eROC system requirements on behalf of the Group.
