This is a rare opportunity to join us in the role of Executive Chef & Culinary Design Manager. In the role you will lead the development and delivery of food and beverage design strategy within British Airways as a key differentiator constantly looking for and implementing new ideas in a cost effective manner. You will develop, design and communicate the menu style, standards and specifications ensuring British Airways leadership in this area and the delivery of both signature moments and to increase customer satisfaction. Taking Responsibility for ensuring that the British Airways food and beverage offer is financially, operationally and commercially achievable within existing and future parameters and quality standards. Developing these parameters. Co-ordinating with the Culinary team at Base Catering to ensure that they are delivering to the contractual obligations in terms of culinary innovation.
