Job Description

  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence and other administrative tasks required to help senior management on the Wind Development and M&A Teams. 

    • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to senior management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.  

    • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.  

    • Works closely and effectively with the leadership to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.  

    • Maintain a calendar of operations events and support team in ensuring they are executed effectively.  

    • Can engage and support the development of metrics and reporting on key business indicators. 

    • Facilitates collection and aggregation of inputs needed for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business unit constraints management and progress reporting.

    Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Adobe Acrobat. 

    • Great attention to details and a high sense of responsibility 

    • Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to craft strong written correspondence 

    • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 

    • Punctual and reliable 

    • Strong work tenure: 2 - 5 years of experience supporting senior management.
