Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Â
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence and other administrative tasks required to help senior management on the Wind Development and M&A Teams.Â
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to senior management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Â
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Â
Works closely and effectively with the leadership to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Â
Maintain a calendar of operations events and support team in ensuring they are executed effectively. Â
Can engage and support the development of metrics and reporting on key business indicators.Â
Facilitates collection and aggregation of inputs needed for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business unit constraints management and progress reporting.Â

Strong work tenure:Â 2Â - 5 years of experience supporting senior management.Â
