We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in the organising and administrative support within our Head Office based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be supporting the Managing Director, HR Director and Chief Financial Officer.This is a permanent role in which we are accepting applicants looking for full time and part time hours.How you'll make an impact:You will provide diary management, administration and personal assistance to three Directors allowing them to focus on both operational and strategic work needed to provide a positive impact to future projects. This is a demanding, fast-paced and varied role, which requires a confident communicator with experience of negotiating and influencing staff at a senior level combined with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Main
Responsibilities will include
:• Handling daily communications for the MD and Senior team
• Supporting and managing on projects as directed by the senior team
• Providing full diary and inbox management
• Complex diary and email management, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
• Co-ordinating and supporting ongoing key projects
.• Providing high level administrative support for meetings, including the effective preparation and distribution of agendas and reports and minute/note taking at meetings
• Producing action plans and chasing actions following meetings
• Regular engagement with stakeholders to discuss actions, priorities, expectations and future planning
