Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calendar management, coordinating and scheduling meetings, event planning and coordination, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, asset/headcount/space tracking, new hire setups, organization chart updates, maintaining group aliases, vendor management and special projects.  This person will work closely with the Chief of Staff and other Business Administrators within the organization and will develop strong working relationships as part of the admin team. 

This position requires initiative, good judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality, setting priorities, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.  Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels.  Candidates must be extremely resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity.  They must possess solid problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, be able to work effectively under pressure.  They must work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside the group, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.   

Qualifications

5+  years demonstrated work experience in a fast-pace administrative capacity at an Executive Level) or related work field experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems required;
Proficiency with internal MS tools (Headtrax, MS Space, MyOrder, MSS, iCIMS, etc.) preferred
