Job Profile

• Assisting the formulation of strategies to build innovative digital products 
• Identifying more digital opportunities for revenue enhancements 
• Evaluate existing digital offerings to enhance customer experience 
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in resolving operational issues of existing digital products 
• Build awareness of the digital products and the services among internal and external stakeholders 
• Assisting projects, including developing project plans, presentations, development of training material, communications, and plans related to product launches

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in ICT from a recognized university or equal qualification 
• 3+ years of experience in CEFTS/Mobile Based Payments/Payment Cards is a must 
• Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems 
• Implement corrective actions and workable solutions in situations 
• Proven project management skills would be an added advantage
