The Opportunity  

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative support to the Corporate Development and M&A integration teams. Our Corporate Development team is responsible for strategically advising, sourcing, evaluating, and executing Adobe’s inorganic growth roadmap, including M&A and investments. Our M&A Integration team is responsible for overseeing and executing the integration of Adobe’s recent acquisitions.  You will collaborate closely with senior management teams; prioritize and coordinate internal executive and external outreach. You must have a track record of preserving confidentiality, exercising judgment in a diversity of situations, and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. 

 

The Corporate Development, Executive Assistant, will support approximately 8 executives and report directly to the Senior Director, Head of DX Corporate Development.  

 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate sophisticated calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues for multiple executives.  

  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments. 

  • Manage responsibilities with an appropriate level of confidentiality and discretion related to acquiring or investing in assets or companies. 

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced, ambiguous environment. 

  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours. 

  • Represent Adobe and the team in a positive light through friendly, timely follow-through and sound judgment. 

  • Manage team access to research databases and tools. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 

  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports and other documents in support of objectives for the organization. There may be special projects from time to time. 

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports. 

  • Organize space planning and offsite events.

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives. 

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and Slack 

  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of the business for M&A and integration projects and meetings.
