Provide administrative support and professional partnership with the Director, Global HR Operations, Business Process & Technical Integration in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handle meeting inquires, orchestrate complex and evolving calendar management, prioritize and follow-through regarding critical departmental action items and project needs, prepare agendas, attend meetings to coordinate information and author weekly reports, establish all travel logistics and process expense reports, manage invoices, archive work product files, create and enhance documents, charts and presentations, administer supply ordering and activate VTC technology logistics. Additional responsibilities include providing assistance to direct reports and teams, back-up support for Executives, recognition events and serve on departmental committees.
