You bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish!The Events & Engagement Lead will be responsible for planning, managing and executing all Sales Enablement events for Enterprise Sales channel, whether physical, virtual or hybrid and ensuring all the participants receive an exceptional and memorable experience as per Apple standards.You'll will work closely with the broader sales teams to monitor and grow the quality of engagement for managed audiences and drive all the relevant comms.

Description

The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach, get-it-done mentality, and enjoys working within a high-performance team. In this role, you will work on specific Apple events. The project manager is the “quarterback” of the execution of our events; leading project workflow while communicating roadblocks and continuously keeping the pulse on ways to improve how the team operates.You will coordinate and drive Apple events, running overall project schedules, timelines, matrices and event communicationYou will program-lead all aspects of your work to ensure operational excellence, outstanding execution of quality, and adequate partner management.Develop and run the project timeline, ensuring execution is successfully met Plan agendas and facilitate required meetings; prioritize and drive cross-functional activities as related to the event and develop and handle communications, summary reports, and status for various audiences.Plan, organise, manage and execute a wide array of sales enablement events such as onboarding, sales training and engagement events, and manage Apple’s presence at partner and 3rd party events.Work closely with the Training & Events team and external vendors to manage the event spaces, technology, look-and-feel and production values according to Apple guidelines and quality standards, so event objectives are achieved, and every participant receives a memorable experience. Own and manage the relationship with third party event vendors, including participating in regular briefings, providing instructions, guidance and support, monitoring and managing their performance against targets and making improvement recommendations. Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders such as the RTM Leads, AEs, People Program Managers and Sales Leadership to formulate and drive the key audiences engagement plan.Utilise various digital and physical resources such as SEED to support, measure, monitor and increase the quality of local managed audiences engagement. Work with RTM leads and People Program Managers to craft a structured and consistent Training & Events comms plan and manage all relevant communications internally and externally.Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on the progress of execution vs. plan to a wide range of stakeholders.Conduct ongoing effectiveness and efficiency analyses by examining key data such as cost, engagement, satisfaction and more. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to maximise the impact of the events delivered and help inform future decisions. Critically and consistently review inputs and outputs, make recommendations for improvements, and manage business change.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
